Caring for Orange Springtails (Bilobella braunerae):

1. Habitat: Keep them in a warm, moist environment, ideally between 20-26°C (68-79°F). Use a container with a secure lid and air holes for ventilation.

2. Substrate: Provide a layer of moist soil, coco fiber, or activated charcoal to retain humidity and offer a habitat for the springtails.

3. Humidity: Maintain high humidity by misting the enclosure regularly, but avoid waterlogging.

4. Food: Feed them a light sprinkling of powdered yeast or crushed fish food every 1-2 weeks. They’ll also consume detritus, mould, and decaying organic matter in a terrarium.

5. Maintenance: Avoid letting the enclosure dry out and clean out excess food to prevent mould overgrowth.

These low-maintenance springtails thrive with minimal effort, making them perfect for bioactive terrariums!
